- Any other proprietary software products
Refund Terms
When you request a refund, please be aware of the following terms:
- The license you purchased will be permanently blacklisted upon the refund being processed
- You will rescind your privilege of accessing support for any future purchases
- All access to the software and related services will be immediately terminated
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order/transaction ID
- The email address associated with your purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of purchase

Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your request. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Licenses that have been previously refunded and re-purchased
- Custom development work or consulting services
- Digital products that have been extensively used beyond reasonable evaluation
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

- Attempts to circumvent licensing restrictions
